As I am the owner of this home I look after the upkeep . I do not come around every week and put your garbage out but if I am there cutting grass or whatever then I see to it. If anything is broken in the house or something needs to be checked I request tenants call immediately and to not let the problem get worse. Every new tenant starts off with a clean and fresh home and I would appreciate it to be that way on leaving. This home has been tastefully decorated and well cared for.
