The Lease
This is a standard lease form, you may View &/or Print a copy . Letter size paper- 4 pages.
Parent Guarantor
This is a signed agreement , where the parents guarantee the rent & any damage caused by
their son/or daughter for that term of the lease.You may view &/or print, letter size paper
1 page.
Agreement to Terminate Tenancy
This is a signed agreement between Myself & the tenants stating that the tenants agree to
give up possession of the apartment at the expiration of the lease. When tenants wish to
stay for a second or third year then as new lease is signed each subsequent year.
Letter size 1- page.
