Again this is a 4-Bedroom apartnent that I will rent as a three.
This apartment consists of the upper floors. The Apt has been totally renovated. There are new windows,Copper plumbing, new wiring, Re-finished hard-wood floors. Full-sized washer and dryer in the apartment (NOT Coin-Ops). Battery smoke alarms in all bedrooms living room & kitchen,Fire extinguisher each level and a carbon monoxide sensor in the living-room. Mini-blinds are supplied for all windows. This apartment has been tastefully decorated and well maintained. All bedrooms have Phone jacks installed with a maximum of 4 separate phone lines.(no installation fee).
The lease is for 12 Months-May to April. On signing a lease(signed by all 4 tenants) I mail off a package to the parents and they in turn send back a signed Parent Guarantor form which simply means that the parent guarantees the rent and any damage caused by their son or daughter. In the lease I PAY THE UTILITIES all you have to pay is your T.V. Cable and your Telephone.
As the owner I look after all outside maintenance. If anything needs attention inside I request the tenant calls promptly to have the problem rectified. These are my homes and pride of ownership dictates that they be kept in fine condition. Please do not expect me to come around every week to put your garbage out to the curb. If I am there tending to other matters then Yes I see to it as kids sometimes forget!!!!. All I ask is that the tenants treat my house with care and for that I will do whatever I can to assist them.
